Methodology

TT&W’s methodology is built on a foundation of key tenets that afford higher quality service which, in turn, yields a higher percentage of approvals for our clients. Central to this methodology is the routine contact of self-pay patients at the bedside, or over the telephone to determine potential eligibility for the numerous state sponsored programs, as well as for benefits through the Social Security Administration. What’s more, our representatives are trained to align themselves with government agencies, making themselves available and willing to assist in whatever way possible to help caseworkers expedite patient approvals under the most appropriate program.

Locating patients

TT&W makes every attempt to locate hard-to-find patients. If necessary, patients are visited in their homes to determine their eligibility, and to assist disabled or chronically ill patients in gathering needed information for their appointments.

Direct patient contact and assistance

TT&W representatives guide patients through the Medicaid process and, if necessary, will accompany and/or arrange for transportation.

Eliminating language barriers

TT&W employs bi-lingual case representatives to work with Spanish speaking patients and provides a dedicated toll-free line for Hispanic patients.

Eligibility research

TT&W does not reject or accept a patient’s case solely based on the hospital admission information sheet. TT&W interviews every located patient.

Reporting

TT&W provides extensive monthly performance, status and analytical reporting tailored to client needs. Additionally, the company delivers detailed, analytical year-end reports outlining all cases it handled the prior year.
